Hey there—I am well, just busy as heck at work these days. I recently realized I barely post at all on Tumblr. I’m now working at an architecture firm, so I feel like a big boy. Here’s our website: http://www.green-building.com. As for FEMA, I am not that familiar with their maps. And FEMA might have ridiculously high standards for what constitutes a potentially floodable house/property. Generally, if you’re higher than the 100 year flood plain, you’re safe. And a general rule of thumb is that all railroad tracks are just slightly higher than the 100 year flood plain, so if you’re above the railroad tracks and in close vicinity to a lake, river, or stream, you’re safe.
Hope you and the rest of the Warnsholz clan is doing well.
